The Beatles band photo is a photo of their common past before disbanding in 1970. The band, which in the early formation consisted of Lennon, McCartney, Harrison, Stuart Sutcliffe (bass) and Pete Best (drums), was founded in the city of Liverpool, England in 1960, and only famous in the clubs of Liverpool and Hamburg during the first 3 years.

Sutcliffe resigned in 1961, and Best was replaced Starr the following year.

The Beatles finally disbanded in 1970, and the personnel to continue their respective careers.
